| I thought that you had to machine out the center of the H2 wheel for it to fit the hub on a Ford?

| You better check the stud size too. Looks like the old fords used 1/2" studs and the H2's use 9/16" studs so you may have to drill the hubs out and get new studs. Look here.

| H2's are standard chevy 8 lugs, so you will probably have the same issues.

| IIRC they are the same except for the hubs, but that means that you will still have the stud problem using Dodge wheels on the older Ford.
