I can usually get them off with an impact wrench, but if that dosent work or you dont have have an impact handy try clamping the yoke with a big monkey wrench and lean on bolt with a long breaker bar. Soaking it with PB blaster for a few hours dosent hurt either.

I wouldn't necessarily recommend this, but I've put a pipe wrench on the yoke, spun it up against the floorboard, slipped a cheater pipe over a breaker bar and appropriate socket, had someone hold it in place under the truck, and jumped up and down on the end of the cheater bar.

Yeah I second the pipe wrench idea.
I have a mean ole 2 footer...
works great with the 3/4" ratchet and a pipe.
A strong impact can work also but you will still need to hold the yoke firmly to get the most out of it.

Are you talking about the nut or actually pressing the yoke off of the output shaft itself?

Just noticed the date on this thread, wonder if he got it off?

yeah, a regular impact wrench with plenty of WD40 did the trick

getting the fuggin np203 into the truck was a whole different, bigger problem.
