Seems to be some interest, so lets talk kayaks.

Mine is a Wilderness Systems Tarpon 140 Angler. It is a great compromise between fast and stable with tons of storage. I have fished it in the Gulf of Mexico, several lakes, a couple of rivers and Lake Ponchartrain which is my favorite. It i fast enough for long paddles, but stable enough to stand and cast from for sight casting.
