| New to this forum. I have always loved old cars and trucks and have for the past 20 years worked/played with Chevy Advance-Design trucks. I had a 55-1st and now have my second 50, all 3/4-tons. I'm a regular at the Stovebolt Page and lately have been hanging out at napco4x4.org and their yahoo group. I think I want to convert my 50 chevy to 4 wheel drive with all vintage Napco components. The 55-59 Task Force stuff is relatively easy to find but the pre-55 axles, etc are rare. Any body else on here have a Napco truck? | |||||||||||

| Welcome Frank, I like the 48 to 53 body style. I'll have to see if I can find any pics of my old '48 and scan them in. The truck is long gone though.

| The body on that truck is really clean considering the location you/we are in. Looks like a great, solid start! I'll keep my eyes open for early Napco stuff up here, but don't hold your breath. ![]()
