Here is a couple examples that I found online. The term gasser comes from the drag race classes of the same name from the early 60's to early 70's.

This is my '66 Barracuda. This will be a project that Bruce and I will be working on in the future. He is almost all original. I want to drive it for a while before we start working on it. Right now it is at our Aunts house in TX. It would be nice to have here on the sun, except the fact that there is no air in it.
