Has anyone ever seen one of these little suckers up close? I would REALLY like to build something similar, and I think it could be done at a relatively low cost by utilizing quite a few factory parts. 0-60 in under 3 seconds, 0-100-0 in under 11. Just my style, no frills, only what's necessary, and stupid fast.

I think I might have to start collecting parts after the buggy is done.

Ya know, I know it would be much heavier, and an automatic, but the new Chevy Impalas have a tranverse mounted 5.3. Hell, a GTP motor would rip in that car. Certainly not capable of 10,000 RPM, but it would turn 6 pretty easily. You could rig up paddle shifters too.

This is killing me. I must build one before I die.

Yeah, it's called an AMT and retails for 6.99 at Wal-Mart.

Ok, even I have agree that is cool! But between the little 4x4 buggy I want filo to build me and now this? Maaann.....lets see....sugar daddy? sugar mamma? That'd never work.....both filo and I spend too much time in the shop to have time for that.

Gonna have to win the lottery.

That would be awesome. I was wondering about a tube frame with a big MC engine.
