Well the time is almost here. The 4th of july is the 2nd birthday of 4x4Mecca.com! To celebrate we will be having our 2nd annual 4x4Mecca BBQ meet & Greet.

There is no wheeling involved, it's just a time to hang out, see other Mecca heads, and get to know each other offline.

The date I have planned is Sunday July 6th. I will be working friday night, and saturday from 12pm till 10pm, so I can't do it then.

If you think you would like to attend, just post here and let me know how many to expect. I am thinking a large national park which is semi local to host it.

Not this year but maybe next. I'll drag 3-tree along on a road trip similar to Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.

I'll try and have another bbq this year, maybe october sometime... The weather is nicer then. Just a thought, nothing in stone yet.

I don't know what is planned for that day. Friday and Saturday are busy for me. I'll be at Universal Studios Friday with 3 of my kids. Saturday we are having a family bbq at my dad's in Venice. I'm without a car, but will see what I can do about coming out. No promises though. I'll keep posted here on what and were the plans are.
