Ok, quit laughing. My actual question is this - if we all use google to "find" this site for a while, does it elevate the site in the google rankings so that people searching for "4x4" will get linked here?

Kind of works that way. I don't know the answer to that specific question. Maybe search for certain terms like "top4x4 4x4mecca" then click the links. I'll do that a couple times a day and see if the stats on the forum main page for google hits goes up alot.

Couldn't hurt. Seems like they have some sort of "the more its searched for, the more it shows up on top" deal.

If you put 4x4mecca.com in your signature, the bots that roam the net will pick up on it. After that happens for a while, they will pick up on the site itself. If you put www.4x4mecca.com in anything/everything you write on the net, it will get picked up faster.
If google hadn't put up so many scripts to block googlebombing, I would do that for you. A year ago, you could have made it so that if anyone typed in french toast, it would have shown them this site.

I am going to post a few places about Todd Whitfield BAD DENTIST!! I will see what I can do about search engine direction with that. If I can make it work, I will give you the info so you can use it here.

FYI on the dentist.....He trippled the charges on a cleaning without telling me, Tried to get me to spend 5K on a couple of replacement teeth, got a second opinion, sinus infection. $4 precription at walmart and my teeth havent hurt in over a month.
