I work as a controller for a small mfg. company. I also wear many other hats there and do sales as well as a LOT of other stuff. I've only been there about 6 months but the guys really can't live without me.

I love my job though.

Nice! I love primered trucks. Looks agressive like that... almost like the back alley thug.

How quickly our feelings about a job can change. I used to like my job alot but we're short handed in the Admin staff in my dept so the workload was mostly dumped on me since the other gal is a complete and total waste of skin. Most days I go home and just want to go to bed, by Friday, I'm wiped out. I hope to God they hire a replacement soon because I'm getting burnt out FAST.

I thought I responded to this already, but......

Can your company send me the stuff and I'll do it from home? If I were up there I'd apply in a heart beat!!! I'm so ANGRY about the way I'm being treated and I'm tired of it. I'm so ready to walk out of here, but then I'd feel bad and wonder what would happen. I don't think he could stay open if I left. He doesn't know how to do anything that I do. I should be the owner and he my employee. Boy wouldn't that be a different way of life????

The scary part about my job is it's all on the computer for what we do. We are paperless unless one of my old school nurses needs the paper safety blanket. I could totally do my job at home and wish my Director would go for it. We've got nurses that work at home and I know for a FACT that they slack off cuz they aren't accountable to anyone looking over their shoulder. IDK, I about ripped one of the nurses heads off because customer service is calling them directly instead of going thru the admin staff. When the nurses were short we did whatever we could to help them out and now that we're short handed they want to pile more shit on our plates. Oh I was f-ing PISSED OFF. I believe we'll be having a talk tomorrow cuz we all play on the same team UNLESS you are a nurse and that's BS...
